Why Do You Read This Site?
What is the point of this website? Why do you come back?

I actually didn’t come back. Oops?
Yeah. Stopped reading feeds. Forgot about you. How’s that for lameness.
Because I’ve known you FOREVA
When are you visiting AU so we can make crappy videos together? Heh.
Maybe I should visit you instead.
You’re very random and funny. And I’ve read your site for years. That’s why I return!
i once met you in austin…and i keep coming back to the site b/c you lead an interesting life, and i like your writing style.
I like your site b/c I think you are funny. I’ve been reading it for quite some time. Also we have the same b-day 1-31-1980.
I somehow stumbled onto your site back when (I think) you had just moved to Houston. I thought it was kinda cool since I lived (and live) there too. So I’ve been reading ever since.
I like the writing and the videos and the pics are nice. And it’s got a beat you can dance to.
I think I first came here when you did the Apple commercial mockup, browsed your archives and decided to stay as I liked – and like – your style.
I guess I have a preference for people who find creative ways of complaining ;)
I’ve been a frequent visiiter of your site since you lived in Austin.
I agree with many of the things you write about. The posts that are more “political / cultural-neutral” I simply think are amusing. I’ll never forget an article you wrote a long time ago about your first vibrator.
I guess I keep coming back because I admire you in a way. I only wish I could see the world the way you do.
Your life seems more interesting to me than others’.
i would have to agree with that, also i work behind a pc all day and not really allowed to watch porn, :(
I’m one of those devious online stalkers. Haven’t read for 2 weeks, and now I have lots to read! Weee! :P
i read it because you’re witty anf funny.
and because you’re my girlfriend ;’)
Curiosity and your style? Now go and get a job or start a novelty sparrow circus act.
I don’t know, just clicked on FREE iPod banner and your site popped up…
:-)
I started reading shortly after you moved to Austin, liked your cynical writing, drama ensued, and I got hooked like a housewife with a big-screen TV to a soap opera.
Not that your life is a soap opera…oh, who am I kidding, whose life isn’t.
I accidentally came here I don’t know HOW!!! But loads of things you write about are the same place i am in my life so it’s raelly interesting and helpful to see how other people are dealing with them and that i’m not alone in the universe for feeling those ways!
Three weeks in London and homesick for Wellington. But just found a job too – hooray!
Because we have the same name :) Because you’re cooler than me and I can live vicariously.
I’ve been a reader ever since I stumbled onto “Ode to Matt”. You might remember I made a remix version of it (which I still listen to sometimes in the morning when I’m shaving). I think I kept reading because your writing is direct, clever, honest, witty and even charmingly vulgar. Hope you’re not thinking of quitting just yet.
