On the subject of complaining, I am going to Scotland camping at the end of May and I have secured a complaining quota for the trip which I could not live without because the other guys like marching and I like taking photos and taking in the views, besides, carrying your own food and housing for four days is bloody knackering, how can you not complain?

I sound so bloody pious. And I’m sorry for that. But my husband had cancer last year and it nearly floored me. Seriously, don’t put your family at risk of going through the same thing.
