Wellington Rocks

I’m really, really enjoying being back in Wellington. The vibe is so awesome here. I’ve not felt this positive about anywhere I’ve lived in a long time. Especially not in the past five years.

I love that the ocean is right there, and if I’m in town I can just walk to the harbour and eat lunch or get a coffee. I love driving around the hilly streets and the bays. I love getting coffee at Offbeat or Plum of Cuba. I love all the new bars and restaurants, especially Good Luck, Havana, and Chow. I love all the little areas in town to chill out at, and how friendly everyone is. And most of all I love chilling out on my balcony.

that climbing place along the front is good, too. In general there is a coffee shop overkill but if that’s your thing

Welly does rock. You are so right to have come back – the hills must have been calling to you. And who else thinks Waitangi Park looks oarsome now?
